For the purposes of these Terms:

“Customer” means any individual or property owner requesting or receiving services from us.

“Services” means handyman, repair, installation, and remodeling work provided by us.

“Estimate” means non-binding pricing information provided prior to final agreement.

“Agreement” means a written or confirmed approval to proceed with work, including scope, pricing, and terms..

Scope of Services

We provide residential handyman, repair, installation, maintenance, and remodeling services.

We do not provide commercial contracting services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

All services are subject to availability, feasibility, and site evaluation. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion, including but not limited to safety concerns, scope limitations, or operational constraints.

Estimates and Consultation Process

Any estimate or pricing information provided through our website, phone, text, or consultation is non-binding and for informational purposes only.

Final pricing is determined only after review of scope, site conditions, materials, and project requirements.

A binding Agreement is formed only when scope, pricing, and terms are confirmed and approved in writing by both parties before work begins.

Pricing, Adjustments, and Scope Control

We offer both hourly and fixed-price work depending on project type.

No work shall begin without mutual agreement on scope and pricing.

Any changes, additions, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project may result in adjustments to scope, timeline, or pricing. All changes must be approved by the Customer before work continues.

No unauthorized charges will be applied.

Deposits and Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on project size and scope:

  1. Small or Standard Handyman Projects
A 10% upfront deposit may be required to secure scheduling or materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
  2. Multi-Day Projects
For projects extending over multiple days, payment is generally structured as 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. This may be adjusted depending on project duration and agreed scope.
  3. Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, credit/debit card, and approved electronic transfers.

Failure to make payment as agreed may result in suspension of work, project delays, and/or collection action as permitted by law. Where applicable, we reserve the right to enforce lien rights under Washington State law for unpaid balances.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

All scheduling is subject to mutual confirmation.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in fees or loss of deposit where applicable.

A 10% deposit, when collected, is non-refundable and is used to secure scheduling, planning, or materials.

Changes to Scope (Change Orders)

Any change to an agreed scope of work must be approved by the Customer prior to execution.

Verbal or written approval constitutes authorization for the change.

All modifications will be documented and may result in adjustments to pricing or timeline.
